Warranty Information

At Weekends Only, our goal is to provide customer satisfaction by providing an enjoyable buying experience, as well as standing behind our products with professional service and stated warranties.

  • UPHOLSTERY:   One year warranty against manufacturer's defect. Manufacturers frame warranties will be honored. Mechanisms are subject to manufacturer's warranties.  Note: Dye lot variances, piling, fading, normal wear and soiling in the home are not covered under warranty unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer.
  • LEATHER:   One year warranty against manufacturer's defect. Manufacturers frame warranties will be honored.  Note: Leather is a natural material. Characteristics may include color variation, grain variation, wrinkles and marks in the hide. These characteristics denote genuine, top grain leather and add to the appearance and personality of each piece of furniture.
  • WOOD PRODUCTS:   One year warranty against manufacturer's defect.  Note: Solid and veneer wood products may show variations in color, patterns, grain qualities and/or natural blemishes. These characteristics provide real wood products with their unique and authentic beauty.
  • BEDDING:  Warranties vary by manufacturer.  All manufacturer warranties are void if mattress is ripped or torn, or if the law labels are removed.
  • ACCESSORIES, LAMPS & RUGS:   We ask that you carefully inspect all accessory items such as lamps, rugs and wall art prior to purchase. No warranty applies to accessories.  Note: Bulbs provided in lighted merchandise are not warrantied.

How Do I File a Claim?

It is your responsibility to inspect your merchandise upon receiving it and to report any claims to Customer Service Department within 7 days of pick up or delivery.  Scratch and Dent items carry no warranty and the sale is final.

Under conditions of normal usage, Weekends Only will conduct repairs on any defect in workmanship without any charge to the original purchaser for a one-year period from the date of possession of the original purchase. Weekends Only will not perform work or repair any furniture which may cause a hazard to our employees or our property. Warranty coverage does not apply to furniture that has been heavily soiled, stained, intentionally misused, altered, improperly cleaned, infested, damaged during customer transport, or otherwise damaged in a way that is not the result of defect in the workmanship of the product new merchandise.

Weekends Only reserves the right to:

  • Inspect the damaged merchandise in the customer's home.
  • Service the damaged merchandise in home.
  • Repair or replace at the discretion of the Customer Service Department.

If the item cannot be repaired to factory specifications, Weekends Only will exchange with the same merchandise.  If the same item is not available, Weekends Only will issue an in-store credit for the original purchase price towards new merchandise.  We require that the defective merchandise be returned to Weekends Only using one of the following options:

  • Return the product to any store at our pickup area during normal business hours
  • Schedule a delivery pickup or exchange with normal delivery fees

A Note on Refunds:

Refunds will be issued in the same form as that of the original payment and only to the individual(s) listed on the order, except for cash. If your original payment was with cash and your refund exceeds $500, a refund check will be issued and mailed to you by our Corporate Office within 10 business days.
