It is your responsibility to inspect your merchandise upon receiving it and to report any claims to Customer Service Department within 7 days of pick up or delivery. Scratch and Dent items carry no warranty and the sale is final.

Under conditions of normal usage, Weekends Only will conduct repairs on any defect in workmanship without any charge to the original purchaser for a one-year period from the date of possession of the original purchase. Weekends Only will not perform work or repair any furniture which may cause a hazard to our employees or our property. Warranty coverage does not apply to furniture that has been heavily soiled, stained, intentionally misused, altered, improperly cleaned, infested, damaged during customer transport, or otherwise damaged in a way that is not the result of defect in the workmanship of the product new merchandise.
Weekends Only reserves the right to:
- Inspect the damaged merchandise in the customer's home.
- Service the damaged merchandise in home.
- Repair or replace at the discretion of the Customer Service Department.
If the item cannot be repaired to factory specifications, Weekends Only will exchange with the same merchandise. If the same item is not available, Weekends Only will issue an in-store credit for the original purchase price towards new merchandise. We require that the defective merchandise be returned to Weekends Only using one of the following options:
- Return the product to any store at our pickup area during normal business hours
- Schedule a delivery pickup or exchange with normal delivery fees
