Here’s what our team will assemble when we arrive to your home:
- Beds (excludes bunk beds, day/trundle beds, and some storage beds), bed frames & adjustable bases
- Dining tables (excludes patio tables and dining/patio chairs), coffee/sofa/end tables
- Attach mirrors to dressers, hutches to buffets
- Attach legs to sofas, loveseats, and sectionals
- Haul away your old mattress (must be free of rips and stains. Law tags must be intact)
Our team will remove boxes and packaging from any items they unbox.

ONLINE ORDERS (STORE PICKUP)
- You can pickup from any store location during open hours OR from our St. Louis Distribution Center (Fri-Sun, 9am-5pm only)
- Standard turnaround time for online orders is 2 days (when order is placed before 6pm)
IN-STORE ORDERS
- Same-day pickup is available for items that are in-stock at your store
- Next-day pickup is available for items that are not currently in-stock at your store
What to Expect During the Pickup Process
We want your pickup to be fast and easy. Here's some important info to help make that happen:
- You do NOT need to come inside — instead, you can drive directly to the pickup area
- Our associates will bring your purchase to your vehicle and help load, but are not responsible for tying down and securing your load (we can provide twine for you to use for tie-down)
- Wait times can vary during high-volume periods, but you can save time by checking with a store associate or call ahead for current wait times
