What You Need to Know About Pick Up:

We want your pick up to be fast and easy. Here is important information for an efficient pick up process:

  • Please bring a photo ID matching your receipt to help us fulfill your order quickly and accurately.
  • Our associates will bring your purchase to your vehicle and help load, but they are not responsible for tying down and securing your load. We can provide twine for you to use for tie-down.
  • While we strive to provide a fast pick up experience, wait times can be long during high-volume periods. Please check with store associates when making your purchase for the best estimate of current pick up times or call ahead. See contact information for each location below.

Pick Up Directions for Each Store

Fairview Heights, Illinois

  • From the front of the store: Drive through the parking lot to the right side of the store.
  • Make 2 left turns around the store until you reach a stop sign.
  • Wait at the stop sign until directed by a team member to pull your car into an open spot in the loading area.
  • Please have your receipt ready so our team can quickly locate and load your purchase.

Mid Rivers, Missouri

  • From the front of the store: Drive through the parking lot to the left side of the store.
  • Make 2 right turns around the store until you reach a stop sign.

  • From the front of the store: Drive West through the parking lot and turn right into the parking lot to the West of Nordstrom Rack. (This parking lot sits between Nordstrom Rack and Highlands Boulevard Drive.)
  • Continue through the lot and turn right again to the back side of the building.
  • Follow signs directing you to the Pick Up Area until you reach a stop sign.
  • Wait at the stop sign until directed by a team member to pull your car into an open spot in the loading area.

  • From the front of the store: Drive through the parking lot to the right side of the store facing Lindbergh Boulevard.
  • Follow signs directing you around the orange barriers to the Pick Up Area until you reach a stop sign behind the store.
  • Wait at the stop sign until directed by a team member to pull your car into an open spot in the loading area.

Castleton, Indiana

  • From the front of the store: Drive through the parking lot to the right side of the store.
  • Follow signs in the drive lane directing you to the Pick Up Area until you reach a stop sign.
  • Wait at the stop sign until directed by a team member to pull your car into an open spot in the loading area.

Distribution Center, Missouri

  • From the front of the store: Drive through the parking lot to the front of the warehouse. Wait at the stop sign until directed by a team member to pull your car into an open spot in the appropriate loading area.
  • Large vehicles, large trucks, and vehicles with towing trailers: Drive in the right lane close to the building
  • Regular-sized vehicles and trucks: Park in 1 of the 6 assigned loading areas on the left side
  • Please have your receipt ready so our team can quickly locate and load your purchase.
  • Customers with large quantities of product to safely secure may be asked to move to the far end of the parking lot to allow other vehicles to pull in for their pick ups.
  • Please note the Distribution Center's customer pick up facility is not covered and has limited maneuverable space. Please consider these details when picking up in inclement weather and when driving very large commercial vehicles.
