12PM the Day Before Delivery: While we’re busy getting your furniture ready for delivery, you can check your scheduled time window, review your order, and confirm your address.

What to Expect from Our Delivery

Pre-Call

You will receive an automated phone call the day before your scheduled delivery (between 12PM & 1PM), at the phone number you provide. During this call you will be given your 3-hour window of delivery.

To ensure your order is delivered as scheduled to your home, you must either answer the phone call or allow a voice mail message to be left. Deliveries not confirmed will be cancelled.

Cancelled deliveries will need to be rescheduled by contacting the Quality Care Center at 855-803-5888.

Courtesy Call

You will receive a courtesy call on the day of delivery prior to your furniture arrival. If the driver is running late, you will be called with a revised time of arrival.

Someone 18 years or older must be present when the truck arrives to sign for the delivery or a re-delivery fee will be charged. You can also track the progress of your delivery by using the "Delivery Tracker" tool at the top of this page.

Assembly

Furniture Assembly: Upon arrival to your home, our delivery team will:

  • Assemble beds, not including platform, storage, day/trundle beds, or bunk beds
  • Assemble bed frames and adjustable bases
  • Haul away your old mattress, as long as it's free of rips, stains, or tears
  • Attach mirrors to dressers and hutches to buffets
  • Assemble dining tables, not including tables with storage, patio tables, or dining/patio chairs
  • Assemble coffee, sofa, and end tables
  • Attach legs to sofas, loveseats, and sectionals

Removal within or from Home

The team will move the furniture you‘re replacing (same type & number of items) to another location on the same level of your home, but only if it can be moved without disassembling furniture or causing damage to your home.

Used bedding haul-away is provided within OSHA regulations: bedding must be free of tears or stains & removed in mattress bags. Used mattress sets must have law tags attached in order to be hauled away.

Services Not Provided

Your driver team will not:
  • Attempt delivery that may cause damage to your home
  • Hoist furniture from outside the home through a window
  • Hang pictures or mirrors on walls or lay rugs
  • Move furniture from one level of residence to another
  • Take away any items other than replaced mattresses or order returns

Standard Fee Services

  • Delivery on regularly scheduled days between the hours of 8AM and 9PM
  • Delivery to outlying areas occurs only on pre-set days

Additional Fee Services

  • Difficult deliveries ($60/hour; minimum charge 1 hour):
    • Delivery above 3rd floor without elevator
    • Deliveries that cannot be accomplished with 2 people
  • Re-delivery (order is placed on truck; request to be re-delivered): $50 fee
  • Refusal of delivery: Delivery fee non-refundable; 10% restocking applies
  • Pickup Fee (Order delivered; request refund within 7 days): Standard Delivery Fees will apply; 10% restocking will apply
  • Deliveries outside of current delivery zones by quote only (i.e. Out of market)
