Furniture Assembly: Upon arrival to your home, our delivery team will:

  • Assemble beds, not including platform, storage, day/trundle beds, or bunk beds
  • Assemble bed frames and adjustable bases
  • Haul away your old mattress, as long as it's free of rips, stains, or tears
  • Attach mirrors to dressers and hutches to buffets
  • Assemble dining tables, not including tables with storage, patio tables, or dining/patio chairs
  • Assemble coffee, sofa, and end tables
  • Attach legs to sofas, loveseats, and sectionals

Preparing for Your New Furniture

Please measure! To avoid costly restocking fees and re-delivery charges, make sure your new items fit. You will want to measure all entryways and doorways through which your furniture will pass, as well as the space you intend to put your furniture.

OK, this plan sounds great, but really, what’s the catch?


Like any protection plan program, there are some things you should know that aren’t covered. We encourage you to review the Summary Terms and Conditions to fully understand what’s covered (Section 2) and what’s not (Section 6).


If I originally received delivery and was authorized a product reselection, does this plan cover my delivery charges?


If you received delivery on your initial purchase, the plan will cover up to $50 to deliver a new item to your home. You will be responsible for paying the difference for delivery charges above $50.


What happens if I never make a claim with my Safeware Protection Plan?


If, after 5 years (10 Years for Adjustable Base plan), you haven’t made any claims using your plan, Weekends Only will refund you 50% of what you originally paid for the plan as in-store credit. Pretty awesome deal!


Can I cancel the Safeware Protection Plan?


Yes. If within 30-days of your plan purchase you would like to cancel, contact Weekends Only for a full refund. If you’d like to cancel after 30 days, you will receive a pro-rated refund less a $25 cancelation fee or 10% of the purchase price, whichever is less.

Looking for new bed

Purchased the bed for the extra storage. Took us a little over 4 hours to put together. The drawers in the headboard stick. The finish chips easily, it creaks and squeaks as if I've had it for years. About 2-3 months after purchasing, I injured both my ankles and leg, and developed a permanent issue with my leg, which now makes it extra difficult to get on the bed. I had called to see about doing a return or exchange and was told that I would not be allowed to do an exchange or return, cause I would've had to have done that within 7 days of my purchase. So now I am in the process of trying to save up the money to buy yet another bed.

Nice bed choice

This was a good decision for a bed. It fills the need for what I was looking for in bedroom furniture. Its a lot to put together and some of the directions are not clear. I got the bed together and have had no problems whatsoever with it so far.


Save your money!

I bought this bed because I needed the extra storage. It was everything I wanted and more. When I got home, I had to put this together myself and it was the worst time of my life. It took four hours and it is still wobbley and squeaky! Also, the paint chips very easily. I used my hand to get on the bed and held the side and it scratched just from my fingernails! Don't waste your money on this. I lost mine, since I could not return it.


Good Bed, saves lots of space

Bought this bed to save space. I basically don't need bed-side tables or a dresser since this bed has so much storage. With a good mattress (mine's 12" high), it makes getting into bed a bit hard, as it is very high (but I am only 5'4")! If you need to, there is even room to place medium-size bins under the platform in the back, for items you don't need access to very often. It was a minor hassle to assemble, but not a terrible experience. I finished putting it together in 4 hours by myself. The black finish has a wood grain texture and looks nice (not a cheap, flat finish). My only criticism is that, for having such extensive assembly required, I would expect a slightly lower price. Still a decent value and one I'd recommend. Very sturdy. Online description is wrong, though, there are 8 drawers in total: 2 small in the headboard, 4 medium in the footboard, and 2 large (one on each side rail).

This bed was everything my girlfriend and I have dreamt of! It had all the storage we were looking for within our price range. It was beautiful in the store. We got it home, out of the box, and put together and it was the biggest disappointment we've ever experienced. The finish was coming off before it was even used, the entire bed creeks like it's 100 years old, the stability is unrealistic. It makes me embarrassed to show off the piece of furniture that I worked so hard to get. Very, very unsatisfied EX customer!
